When can I expect to receive my package?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information (excluding holiday season and potential courier delays)*:

• NSW: 2-6 business days
• QLD: 3-7
• VIC: 3-7 business days
• SA: 3-7 business days
• WA: 5-10 business days

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 9am AEST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships and it’s on the way!

How much does delivery cost?

All orders to Australia that are over $99 will receive FREE delivery. Any order that is under $99 has a $10 fee.

How to track your parcel with Australia Post:

1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled 'The Organicer Co: Your Order Has Shipped’

2. You can enter the tracking number provided here: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Do you offer local pickup / click and collect?

At this stage, we don't offer local pickup or click and collect.

How do I enter promotional codes/coupons?

Upon checkout there is an option to enter your promotional code. You must press the apply button for the discount to be applied. Please ensure your coupon is entered correctly and your order complies with the terms and conditions of the promotion. If you have any issues with entering a coupon please contact our team.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to our support team with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to credit my account for refunds?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to make this right!

Do I need any tools to assemble my organicer?

Assembling only takes 2 minutes, no tools are required and it's super easy!

How do I clean my organicer?

Simply take a soft cloth and use some water and mild detergent. Stay away from any harsh chemical cleaners containing alcohol as it may dull the appearance and cause a cloud affect on the surface or even cause the surface to crack over time.

What is the difference between the 4 different organicers?
